Step into the warm embrace of wellness with Infrared Sauna magic! How does an Infrared Sauna differ from a traditional sauna? While a traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air around you, an Infrared Sauna uses infrared light to directly warm the body itself.

Benefits of an Infrared Sauna include:
- Improved circulation
- Reduced inflammation
- Lower blood pressure
- Wound healing
- Increased metabolism
- Weight loss
- Improved detoxification

Red Light Therapy:
Illuminate your health journey with the vibrant hues of Red Light Therapy! Red Light Therapy is a therapeutic, non-invasive treatment that uses low wavelength red light that exposes you to low levels of red and near-infrared light. This allows for energy (ATP) production so that our body can carry out essential functions.
As you may have noticed in recent years, Red Light Therapy has broken into the beauty industry with Red Light masks that have flooded Instagram. Comparatively, our Red Light Therapy bed offers full body exposure that can aid you from the inside out!
With a more effective production of ATP energy, our cells experience a more rapid turnover rate, which can aid in the appearance of acne, age spots and facial texture. Red Light Therapy also stimulates the production of collagen, which gives our skin structure and elasticity. This can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines and stretch marks. Due to the skin healing properties, Red Light Therapy can be beneficial to those who have psoriasis, rosacea and eczema.

Vitamin Drips & Injections:

Here are some of our recommendations based on frequent symptoms that we often see in clinic:
