Please note that Get A Drip operates on a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us at least 24 hours’ notice. It is the client’s responsibility to provide timely notice. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes after their appointment start time or fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will consider this a no-show.
Clients who no-show, or wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, are subject to a late cancellation fee. This fee is equivalent to the full cost of the appointment and will be charged to the client’s payment method on file.

We strive to ensure that we are always available to you and are open 7 days a week.
Get A Drip reserves the right to exercise discretion in applying this policy. We understand that exceptional circumstances may occasionally prevent clients from providing the required 24-hour notice. In such cases, clients should contact Get A Drip as soon as possible via phone or email to discuss their situation. Where clients provide reasonable explanations for their inability to attend and give notice, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Get A Drip reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at our discretion.
Online Bookings (UK)
For UK online bookings, it is a requirement that you provide your credit / debit card details in order to confirm and secure your appointment with Get A Drip. This protocol is implemented to mitigate the occurrence of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which can have a detrimental impact on our operations and inconvenience other clients. It also ensures a secure payment process for your convenience.
Please note that your card will NOT be charged when booking online. Your payment will only be processed and charged by our staff once you arrive at our clinic for your appointment. In the case of mobile appointments, you may receive a digital invoice to be paid in advance of your scheduled appointment.All card details entrusted to us are stored through our PCI compliant payment system, adhering to the highest security standards. If you wish to remove your card details from our system, you have the option to do so at any time by accessing your account or requesting assistance from our staff.
Home & Office Visits
Our minimum spend is £125 with an additional call out fee. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your appointment, 50% of the total payment will be charged to your card. Call outs must be paid 24 hours in advance, or – if the booking is made less than 24 hours before the appointment – at the time of booking. We will invoice the full amount in advance and will ask for a matching ID when doing so – this is a requirement from our payment provider Square. We do not offer refunds on call outs as IV Drips are pre-mixed in our clinics. Call out times may vary up to 2 hours due to external circumstances such as poor traffic. We may try to contact you before, during or after the scheduled call out time to provide updates. We ask that you please keep your phone nearby to answer. The person having the drip must be present and ready for their appointment at the time of the appointment. If the customer is not ready at the appointed time then we will consider this as a cancellation (see above cancellation policy) and we reserve the right to invoice the full amount and not offer a refund. We have lots of home call out customers and delays have a knock-on effect to our other customers. Every person having an appointment must have their own email address. We will email a medical questionnaire in advance of the appointment, which must be completed at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. If the medical questionnaire has not been completed in advance of the appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. We do not offer promotional discounts on home call outs. We do not accept payment for call outs with gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are only to be used in-store. Click here for call out fees and to request a call out.
Urban Call Outs

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Packages are sold per person and cannot be shared between multiple people. If you do not arrive for your appointment without prior notice (24 hours), we will deduct this treatment from your Package. Our Packages have no expiry date, unless otherwise stated. Each Package may have specific limitations or usage guidelines, which you agree to follow.
Cryotherapy Subscriptions & Packages
Cryotherapy Monthly Unlimited Membership – Launch Price Offer: £300 paid monthly. A maximum of 1 Cryotherapy session can be used per day. Memberships cannot be shared between multiple people. Individual session price of £9.97 is calculated based on everyday use throughout a 30-day month. Your subscription will renew automatically every month. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
1. Membership Charge Authorisation
By signing up for a Get A Drip Cryotherapy Monthly Subscription, you authorise Get A Drip to deduct monthly dues from your debit card. The monthly deductions will begin on the date of sign up and continue being charged on the same date of every month. You understand charges will continue month-to-month until you choose to cancel your membership.
2. Membership Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription with us, you must cancel 7 days before your next payment is due to be collected, in order to avoid entering the next billing cycle. Customers cancelling after their payment has been taken will enter into the next month’s subscription. If your payment has been cancelled before the 7 day period this may result in being invoiced for the following months’ subscription.
All subscriptions and packages are non refundable.
4. Age Restrictions
All clients must be over the age of 18 at the time of their appointment
You can make a booking for any available time online via our website, or onsite with our clinic teams.
All bookings are confirmed via email, we cannot accept a booking that is queried without email evidence of the booking being made and confirmed.
We encourage all first-time customers to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment. Experienced cryotherapy users, we recommend at least 5 minutes before their appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse your entry and charge you 100% of the appointment.
6. Suspension and Termination of Service
Get A Drip may suspend the operation of the site for repair or maintenance work or in order to update or upgrade the contents or functionality of the site from time to time. Access to or use of the site or any sites or pages linked to it will not necessarily be uninterrupted or error free.
Get A Drip may terminate the Service immediately in the event you breach any of these terms and conditions or do not pay any sums due to Get A Drip (including if the credit/debit card you use is not valid or does not work for another reason).
Information displayed on the site or in our centre as to pricing and availability is subject to change by Get A Drip without notice.
You may purchase a session or package of sessions or such other combinations Get A Drip may introduce from time to time. Sessions may not be shared and are not transferable.
Session fees may be increased by Get A Drip at any time. The Proprietor shall give Clients not less than 14 days notice prior to any such increases.
The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Get A Drip may change these terms and conditions from time to time. By browsing the site you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions. You should check these each time you revisit the site. These terms and conditions form the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating to the subject matter.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Policy on Children
We regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied in our reception areas. Our Front of House staff are neither trained nor insured to look after children, and we respectfully ask our clients to refrain from asking our clinic staff to watch their children during treatments. For health and safety reasons, children are prohibited from entering the treatment rooms at any time.
We regret that we are unable to allow pets in the clinic at any time. We do allow service animals, however.
Magic Stamp & Promotional Offers
All promotional offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases.
Various discounts are available via the Magic Stamp loyalty application. The Magic Stamp app must be downloaded on your mobile device: sign up and search for ‘Get A Drip’ to get started. Stamps cannot be transferred. One stamp per person, per visit and per day. There must be a minimum spend of £100 on Vitamin Drips and/or Booster Shots only in order to qualify for a stamp. After 3 stamps, the customer receives a voucher for 25% off their next service. After 6 stamps, the customer receives a voucher for 50% off their next service. Once all 6 stamps have been used, the card will refresh. On the refreshed card, you will be entitled to 25% off on the 3rd stamp and 50% off on the 6th stamp again and so on. Magic Stamps may be collected and redeemed for both in-clinic appointments only. Get A Drip is unable to issue stamps retrospectively. Magic Stamp discounts will end at clinics close on Sunday 5th November 2023, after which you will no longer have access to your Get A Drip Stamp Card on the Magic Stamp App.
Promotional offers are only for in-clinic use. They are not available on home and office visits unless stated otherwise.
Promotional discounts are not applicable for packages, DNA Tests, Gift Vouchers, Blood Testing services or Impli Implants unless stated otherwise. Please check individual promotional offers’ T&Cs.
Loyalty Points Scheme
All clients will be rewarded with loyalty points equal to 5% of their net spend on services, packages, products and gift cards.
For example, you would earn 500 points (worth £5) on a £100 purchase.
Online Booking = 100 points (£1)
Refer A Friend = 500 points (£5)
1 point = 1p spend, redeemable against all Get A Drip services, packages and products.
Points are not redeemable against Gift Card purchases.
Please note that loyalty points cannot be refunded after redemption.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and will state how long they are valid for. Gift vouchers cannot be used for Get A Drip Shop product purchases. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in-store. Please bring your gift voucher with you to your appointment for redemption.
Feedback & Complaints Policy
Get A Drip prides itself on our excellent customer service and quality range of products and services. Should you be dissatisfied with any part of your service at Get A Drip, you may make a complaint or provide us with feedback by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. We aim to acknowledge all e-mails to this address within 5 working days.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone who is rude or aggressive to our members of staff.

The Products you purchase from Get A Drip are for private use only and you agree not to use the Products for any commercial purpose. We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or revenue, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you resulting from a Contract is limited to the total value of that Contract – meaning the price you paid for the Products and any additional services. In particular, we are not liable for any costs, loss, delay, inconvenience or damage you suffer as a result of:
Decisions you make based on the result of laboratory analyses that affect your health and/or that of others; the samples you send being lost, delayed or damaged in transit or via post from you to the laboratory; the laboratory being unable to test your samples for any reason; test results not being made available to you within the turnaround time stated for any Diagnostic Testing service; your failure to follow instructions provided to you in relation to sample collection or pre-sample preparation requirements; actions or inactions made by third parties in light of your voluntary disclosure of test results; your failure to act upon our advice if we recommend that you seek medical advice or attention having taken a test; your failure to show test results to your GP or doctor; your failure to send a sample to the laboratory for testing within the validity period; and loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
If we fail to comply with our Terms and Conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of the Terms and Conditions or our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach, or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into a Contract.
We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession) as amended by the Consumer Rights Act 2015; any breach of the terms implied by section 9 to 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Events outside our control
We are not liable or responsible for any failure to perform – or delay in performance of – any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control (an ‘Event Outside Our Control [EOOC]’), such as in the event of a fire, industrial action by third parties, or threat of terrorist attack.
If an EOOC takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you. Our obligations under a Contract will be suspended, and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the EOOC. Where the EOOC affects our delivery of Diagnostic Testing kits or Online Shop Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you once the EOOC is over.
