We are seeking highly organised and motivated Registered Clinic Managers to join our dynamic Clinical Operations team. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our outstanding clinics, ensuring efficient delivery of healthcare services and exceptional client care. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.

Warehouse Assistant - Letchworth

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective functioning of the warehouse and pharmacy. This will include assisting in various tasks related to inventory management, placing orders, branding, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse and pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items in the warehouse.

Due to the nature of the work we do, cannulation, peripheral venepuncture and IV administration qualifications and experience are essential, as well as certifications in BLS/Anaphylaxis/Safeguarding/Medication administration.

Front of House (medical)

As a Front of House, you’ll be the face of Get A Drip at one of our high-profile stores. You’ll greet our clients, make them feel comfortable and support our nurses to provide a first-class service. As part of a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, ensuring stock levels are adequate and managing the store booking system.

You’ll value great customer service and be a great communicator, both in person and via telephone/email. You’ll definitely need to be able to multi-task and, as a member of a small team, it’s very much all hands-on deck, so a positive approach and the ability to work without too much supervision are a must. Customer service experience is required and we’d love you to bring some sales experience to the role too.
