What is included as a Longevity Credit?
Your longevity credits can be redeemed against the following services: Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy (PBM), Compression Therapy, Pelvic Floor Chair and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
*Is every service 1 credit?
For most Longevity Therapies, the minimum time allowance for each service = 1 credit.
The maximum time allowance for each service = 2 credits.
For example:
Compression Therapy 20 mins = 1 credit
Compression Therapy 40 mins = 2 credits
For Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy services, the following credit rules apply:
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy 60 minutes = 1 credit
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy 90 minutes = 2 credit
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy 120 minutes = 3 credits
For Infrared Sauna services, the following credit rules apply:
Single Session 25 minutes = 1 credit
Couples Session 25 minutes = 2 credits
Single Session 45 minutes = 2 credits
Couples Session 45 minutes = 4 credits
Where can I redeem my membership benefits?
Memberships can be used at any of the following locations; High Street Kensington, Kings Road, Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, Westfield and Notting Hill (Apogii Clinic).
Which other services are included under the 30% off?
When you are a member, you can enjoy 30% off all IV Drips, Vitamin Injections, IV Extras, Diagnostic Testing, Ozone Therapy, NAD+, Iron Infusion, Body Treatments, Face Treatments, Eyelashes & Eyebrows, and Hair Removal.
30% off also applies to IV Drip and Ozone Therapy packages, as well as in-store retail products.
Can I share my Membership with my partner or friend?
Memberships cannot be shared with anyone and must be used by the person who purchased the membership.
Can I freeze my membership?
No, memberships can not be frozen.
What is the minimum contract for my membership?
Once you become a member, there is a 3 month minimum contract. After the 3 months, you may choose to cancel your membership.
Upgrades and downgrades can be made within this 3 month period.
Will my credits roll over?
No, credits will not roll over into the following month.
What happens to my credits if I miss my appointment?
If you cancel your Longevity appointment within our cancellation period, you will keep your credits. If you cancel your appointment outside the cancellation period or do not show up to your appointment, you will lose the associated credits. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
What happens to my outstanding loyalty points?
Existing loyalty points can be redeemed until they reach their expiry date (365 days). Loyalty points can still be redeemed against the 30% discounted services included in your membership.
Can I still earn loyalty points?
Yes, you can still earn loyalty points on your net payments for services and packages at 30% off. You will not earn loyalty points on your membership purchase itself.

How do I cancel my membership?
Please contact the main clinic from where you purchased your membership to cancel your membership. Alternatively, you can submit a cancellation request via your online account or the Get A Drip App. You must give 14 days notice to cancel your membership.
