Terms and Conditions

About Get A Drip Services. Get A Drip clinics located in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only) are owned and operated either by us directly or by one of our franchise partners (“Franchisees”).

Cancellation Policy

Please note that Get A Drip operates on a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us at least 24 hours’ notice. It is the client’s responsibility to provide timely notice. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes after their appointment start time or fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will consider this a no-show.

Clients who no-show, or wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, are subject to a late cancellation fee. This fee is equivalent to the full cost of the appointment and will be charged to the client’s payment method on file. To rearrange or cancel your appointment, please log in to your account here: UK & Ireland.

Alternatively, please phone or email your dedicated Get A Drip clinic and speak to a member of our team who can assist you. We strive to ensure that we are always available to you and are open 7 days a week.Get A Drip reserves the right to exercise discretion in applying this policy.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occasionally prevent clients from providing the required 24-hour notice. In such cases, clients should contact Get A Drip as soon as possible via phone or email to discuss their situation. Where clients provide reasonable explanations for their inability to attend and give notice, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Get A Drip reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at our discretion.

Online Bookings (UK & Ireland)

For UK & Ireland online bookings, it is a requirement that you provide your credit / debit card details in order to confirm and secure your appointment with Get A Drip. This protocol is implemented to mitigate the occurrence of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which can have a detrimental impact on our operations and inconvenience other clients. It also ensures a secure payment process for your convenience.

Please note that your card will NOT be charged when booking online. Your payment will only be processed and charged by our staff once you arrive at our clinic for your appointment. In the case of mobile appointments, you may receive a digital invoice to be paid in advance of your scheduled appointment. All card details entrusted to us are stored through our PCI compliant payment system, adhering to the highest security standards. If you wish to remove your card details from our system, you have the option to do so at any time by accessing your account or requesting assistance from our staff.

Home & Office Visits

Home and office visits are subject to minimum spend with an additional call out fee, which may vary per location. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be subject to a late cancellation fee, as per our Cancellation Policy above. This fee is equivalent to the full cost of the appointment and will be charged to your payment method on file. Call outs must be paid 24 hours in advance, or – if the booking is made less than 24 hours before the appointment – at the time of booking. We will issue an invoice which must be paid in full, and in advance. We do not offer refunds on call outs unless the medical consultation identifies you are not legible for your IV Drip Therapy. Call out times may vary up to 2 hours due to external circumstances such as poor traffic. We may try to contact you before, during or after the scheduled call out time to provide updates. We ask that you please keep your phone nearby to answer. The person having the drip must be present and ready for their appointment at the time of the appointment. If the customer is not ready at the appointed time then we will consider this as a cancellation (see above cancellation policy) and we reserve the right to invoice the full amount and not offer a refund. We have lots of home call out customers and delays have a knock-on effect on our other customers. Every person having an appointment must have their own email address. We will email a medical questionnaire in advance of the appointment, which must be completed at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. If the medical questionnaire has not been completed in advance of the appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. Only selected promotions and discounts apply to home and office visits. Please note the terms and conditions for each individual promotional offer for clarity. We accept payment for call outs with gift card vouchers. Please see specific Gift Card terms and conditions further down this page. Click here to request a call out.

Urban Call Outs

Click here to view terms and conditions for our London & West Midlands call out service, facilitated by Urban. Urban Call Outs are operated by independent franchisees of Get A Drip. Each franchisee is independently responsible for its legal and regulatory compliance, for any issues relating to the supply of the services to you. The contract for your purchase of the products will be between you and the business that operates the participating call-out (which will be one of Get A Drip’s franchisees). The participating franchisee is responsible for preparing the products and providing them to you. The terms and conditions of sale that apply at the participating restaurant will apply to your order.

For health and safety reasons, children are prohibited from entering the treatment rooms at any time.

All promotional offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases.

Refer A Friend

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Get A Drip Refer A Friend programme (the “Programme”), you must be an existing Get A Drip customer with a valid online account. Referrals are only valid for new Get A Drip customers who have not previously made a booking or purchased a service, package, membership or product at Get A Drip: this includes all Get A Drip locations nationwide.

2. Referral Process

To refer a friend, you must share your unique referral link or code with them. Your friend must create a Get A Drip online account using your referral link or code and book their first service online. Once your friend’s first service appointment is completed (paid for and invoice closed), you will receive a £10 referral credit to your Get A Drip account.

3. Rewards

Both the referrer and the referred friend (the “Referee”) will receive a £10 discount (referral credit) on their next service booking. The £10 discount is only valid for services and cannot be used for packages, memberships, gift cards, or other products. The £10 discount cannot be saved for future use – it is automatically applied to the next eligible booking only. £10 referral credit will be made void for new clients who book and cancel their first appointment within our 24 hour cancellation window. Similarly, a referrer’s £10 discount will be forfeit if the referrer cancels their next appointment within 24 hours of their appointment time. Please speak to a Clinic Manager if you have booked your first appointment erroneously.

Referral discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discounts. Referral credits are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash alternatives. There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer. A maximum of one Refer A Friend discount redemption can be used per new referee. If the Referee has been sent multiple Refer A Friend codes, the Referee may only use one.

Rewards are subject to change or cancellation at Get A Drip’s sole discretion. Refer A Friend is not available at our Rotterdam clinic. UK rewards cannot be redeemed at our Ireland clinic, and vice versa.

4. Restrictions

You cannot refer yourself or anyone who already has a Get A Drip account. Get A Drip reserves the right to refuse or revoke rewards if it suspects fraudulent activity or misuse of the Programme. Get A Drip reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time.

Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

The Products you purchase from Get A Drip are for private use only and you agree not to use the Products for any commercial purpose. We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or revenue, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you resulting from a Contract is limited to the total value of that Contract – meaning the price you paid for the Products and any additional services. In particular, we are not liable for any costs, loss, delay, inconvenience or damage you suffer as a result of:

Decisions you make based on the result of laboratory analyses that affect your health and/or that of others; the samples you send being lost, delayed or damaged in transit or via post from you to the laboratory; the laboratory being unable to test your samples for any reason; test results not being made available to you within the turnaround time stated for any Diagnostic Testing service; your failure to follow instructions provided to you in relation to sample collection or pre-sample preparation requirements; actions or inactions made by third parties in light of your voluntary disclosure of test results; your failure to act upon our advice if we recommend that you seek medical advice or attention having taken a test; your failure to show test results to your GP or doctor; your failure to send a sample to the laboratory for testing within the validity period; and loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

If we fail to comply with our Terms and Conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of the Terms and Conditions or our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach, or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into a Contract.

Whilst Get A Drip operates and controls the online services, it is not responsible for the operation of all Clinic Services. Many Clinics are instead operated by independent franchisees of Get A Drip. Each franchisee is independently responsible for its legal and regulatory compliance, for any issues relating to the supply of the services to you, and for any employment related matters in their Clinic. The full name and address of the operator can be found on your receipt.

We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession) as amended by the Consumer Rights Act 2015; any breach of the terms implied by section 9 to 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

Events outside our control

We are not liable or responsible for any failure to perform – or delay in performance of – any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control (an ‘Event Outside Our Control [EOOC]’), such as in the event of a fire, industrial action by third parties, or threat of terrorist attack.

If an EOOC takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you. Our obligations under a Contract will be suspended, and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the EOOC. Where the EOOC affects our delivery of Diagnostic Testing kits or Online Shop Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you once the EOOC is over.
