Terms and Conditions – Urban

London & West Midlands call outs are facilitated via Urban. Full terms and conditions can be viewed on Urban’s website here.

All fees and charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable or unless specified otherwise.


Provision of Services

Your access to and use of Get A Drip’s services in collaboration with Urban are subject to this agreement, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, you are prohibited from using our services. 

Our services are continually under development and Get A Drip, in partnership with Urban, reserves the right to revise or remove any part of these terms and conditions or the services provided in our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you. 

Urban only operates their own App and Website platforms, as well as their booking service and customer service channels. However, Urban is not itself a medical entity or provider and is not responsible for providing any medical services. This responsibility is held by Get A Drip.

Get A Drip will provide all services with reasonable care, skill and diligence in accordance with good industry practice determined by the Care Quality Commission, Nursing and Midwifery Council, Health Care Professions Council, and General Medical Council – complying with all applicable laws. We will only use staff who are suitably skilled and qualified to perform the services provided. Get A Drip will provide all equipment, tools and other items as are required to provide the services.


Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time: Full refund (including call out fee) 

Within 2-24 hours of appointment time: 30% refund (including call out fee)

Within 2 hours of appointment time: No refund

If a treatment cannot go ahead due to medical reasons, the customer will receive a refund for the cost of the service (excluding call out fee). Should our medical professional be unable to find a viable vein and perform the IV service, the customer will receive a full refund (including call out fee).

If the customer completes their Medical Questionnaire untruthfully, the customer is under 18 or intoxicated, or the customer refuses to complete their Medical Questionnaire – we reserve the right to withhold treatment and the client will receive no refund. If the customer is not ready at the appointed time and location, they will not be given a refund.

Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Get A Drip where the customer has been unable to cancel their booking without incurring the cancellation fee for genuine reasons outside of their control.

All Urban vouchers and credits are non-refundable or exchangeable for any currency or cash. Get A Drip gift vouchers cannot be used against Urban bookings and payments, nor exchanged for cash.


Customer Responsibilities 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate information at the time of booking or purchase. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in a rejection of the customer’s booking request, cancellation of their booking, or an inability of our medical profession to provide their service requested. Such failure may lead to your payments being ineligible for refund. 

In such cases where there has been a failure on your part to provide us with accurate information, our cancellation and refund policy will apply.
