Where can I find my referral link or code?

You can find your unique referral link or code on the Get A Drip App under Account > Referral.

You can also find your referral details in your Get A Drip online account, under the Refer A Friend section.

What can I use the £10 referral credit on?

The £10 credit can be used on any Get A Drip service, but not for packages, memberships, gift cards, or other shop products. Once your referral has been completed successfully, a £10 discount will be automatically applied to your next service booking.

Who is eligible for Refer A Friend?

Referrers must be existing Get A Drip customers with a valid account.

Referees must be new clients who have never booked or purchased any Get A Drip service, package, membership, or product before. New clients must not have an existing Get A Drip account.

When will I receive my £10 credit?

You’ll receive your credit after your referred friend completes their first paid service with Get A Drip. You’ll be notified via email when your reward is ready, and a £10 discount will be automatically applied to your next Get A Drip service booking.

Can my friend use multiple referral codes?

No, each new customer can only use one unique referral code / invitation link for their first booking.

Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?

Nope – there’s no limit! That means you can refer as many different friends as you like, and receive a £10 referral credit for every successful unique referral.

You cannot refer the same friend more than once.

Can I use my referral credit at any Get A Drip location?

Yes! Please note that UK rewards cannot be redeemed at our Ireland clinic, and vice versa. Refer A Friend is not currently available at Get A Drip Rotterdam.

Can I use other discounts on top of Refer A Friend?

Our promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, including referral discounts.

Therefore, you cannot stack additional promotional discounts on top of your referral discount.

Is Refer A Friend available in Ireland?

Absolutely. Our clients in Ireland will receive referral credits worth €10 (rather than £10). Sign in here to get started!

Can I transfer my referral credit to someone else?

No. Referral credits are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

What happens if my friend cancels their appointment?

If your friend cancels their Get A Drip booking, your £10 referral discount will not be awarded. Your friend must complete and pay for their first appointment in order for you to receive your referral credit.
