Healthcare Resourcing Coordinator – London

This is a new opportunity within our company. The ideal candidate will support the Head Nurse and will be responsible for the recruitment and resourcing of our valued clinical teams to ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

In terms of recruitment, the successful candidate will be required to actively source top medical talent and develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to enable us to continue delivering outstanding care to our clients. In terms of resourcing, the postholder will be responsible for ensuring all clinics are adequately staffed, and responds to any staffing issues in a timely manner by deploying staff according to the needs of the business.

The postholder will generally be based in Head Office in Canary Wharf but may also spend time working from our Hertfordshire office, and other locations as and when required.

Area Manager – London

This is a new opportunity within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational day-to-day running of all of our core Get A Drip clinics, and will be a senior point of contact for our excellent clinic teams.

The Area Manager will take a lead on delivering outstanding customer service, and will ensure sales are optimised at each clinic to support our growth. Audits and compliance will be a key element of the role, and the Area Manager will also line manage our Customer Service function and Front of House colleagues. The Area Manager will oversee performance across all clinics, and will be proactive in addressing any barriers.

The postholder will work from our Canary Wharf office but will spend the majority of their time based across our Get A Drip core clinics. Occasional travel to our Hertfordshire office, and other locations as and when required.

Assistant Finance Manager – Letchworth or Canary Wharf

This is an exciting new opportunity within our company. The role with be based in either our Letchworth or Canary Wharf offices, with travel required to the chosen site 2 to 3 days per week.

The ideal candidate will support the Head of Finance and be responsible for all aspects of financial management and reporting, including assisting in the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP, analysing financial data to provide insights to support strategic decision-making, and assist in monitoring and managing cash flow and preparing VAT returns and other statutory filings.

The postholder will also play a key role in the annual budgeting process, analysing budget variances, and assist in financial forecasting regarding the company’s performance. Payroll processing and other hands-on financial tasks will also form part of the responsibilities of the role.

Registered Nurse – London

Our Registered Nurses & Paramedics are one of our biggest assets, you’re the ones looking after our customers after all.

As part of a small team, your role will include consultations (both in person and via telephone), obtaining medical histories and advising on appropriate products. You’ll prepare and administer drips (via cannulation) and IM injections. You’ll have an on-call CMO to support you as well as the onsite clinic team.

As an NMC Registered Nurse, you’ll bring a wealth of skills and experience with you. Due to the nature of the work we do, cannulation, peripheral venepuncture and IV administration qualifications and experience are essential, as well as certifications in BLS/Anaphylaxis/Safeguarding/Medication administration.

Fluent in English, you’ll have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong organisational skills.
