Rhaya Jordan
Nutritionist Rhaya Jordan specialises in working with people with diabetes and food addiction
Rhaya joined the University of Westminster where she helped develop the Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Therapy and stayed as a senior lecturer in health sciences for 8 years. She taught Anatomy, Clinical Skills, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Philosophy and Complementary Therapies. She was also involved in setting up the largest Complementary Health training clinic in Europe.
Rhaya currently teaches at CNELM and at Middlesex University. She is the consultant nutritionist at Daylesford Organic, and practices at Bodyism health club in Notting Hill.

Dale Pinnock, also known as The Medicinal Chef, studied Human Nutrition at university and holds a post graduate diploma in Nutritional Medicine from the University of Surrey.
Combining evidence based nutrition with the art of cooking, Dale has written 14 books on the subject of Nutrition and Health, and has appeared on dozens of different TV shows in Britain and around the world.
