After you buy a test in our clinic, you will receive an email to create an account for the portal/dashboard instantly whilst you are in the clinic.
We apply robust security measures to safeguard personal and health information. Data is processed in line with relevant data-protection requirements (including GDPR where applicable) and is shared only when needed to deliver the service. Clinicians may view results during review, and access is then restricted.
Your details are stored securely and used to provide your service and reports. Because some biomarkers vary with factors such as timing, food intake, and hydration, your results represent your sample at the moment it was collected.
Go to the login screen and select Forgot password / Reset password. Follow the steps to set a new password and regain access.
In the dashboard, open My Results and select Export. You can usually download a PDF and/or a spreadsheet, depending on the test.
Yes. When your results are available, download the report from your dashboard and print or save it for your records.
Blood Sample
Some medicines can affect certain biomarkers, while others do not. If you are taking medication, check the guidance provided with your test and contact support or your clinician before collecting your sample.
To help protect sample quality, post on a working day as soon as possible after collection. If your collection timing is tied to a specific date (for example, a cycle day) and it falls on a Friday/weekend/holiday, follow your kit guidance for the nearest suitable day and post at the next available priority collection.
Use the booking link or phone number provided in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel as early as you can.
After purchase, you will receive booking information (typically by email), including a link and/or a telephone number. If the appointment is prepaid, you will not need to pay at the clinic.
About the Tests
You can view included biomarkers on the product page and/or your order confirmation. Once results are available, your dashboard displays each biomarker with its outcome and reference information.
If you need to amend an order, contact support as soon as possible. Changes may be limited once the order has been dispatched or processed.
